Women’s Gentle Flow

An accessible gentle and slow Vinyasa flow based class, created for those building or beginning their practice. In the Hatha style, class begins with Pranayama (breath work) to focus the mind, followed by warming stretches. We then flow through a series of guided poses, with optional assists to ensure correct alignment and energy. Ending by slowly cooling the body for final Shavasana (relaxation).

Mats & blocks are provided. You may wish to bring a blanket for cushioning the knees and for Shavasana.

Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach, at least one hour after food, preferably two.

Men’s Foundations of Yoga

Class is structured to introduce the primary series of poses that are used across most Yoga styles. Providing an introduction to complete beginners or for experienced Yogis who are curious about correct alignment (with optional assists from the teacher). Class will build muscle, improve core strength and flexibility whilst also steadying the mind.

Mats and blocks are provided, you may wish to bring a blanket for Shavasana (relaxation) at the end of class.

Rise & Shine Yoga

After sleeping, our body needs to stretch. Morning Yoga is the ideal time to set an intention for the day and ensure maximum energy and clarity in the mind. This uplifting class is curated specifically to open the whole body but with a different focus each session e.g lower back strength, tight hamstrings, shoulder mobility, grounding, improving the core.

Mats and blocks are provided.
